Gordle
Gordle
Gordle is based on Gordie Howe, a Canadian hockey legend, and works just like Wordle, except all predictions must be a current or former NHL player's five-letter last name.
How to play
Gordle gives you five to six chances to guess the player's last name. If you put the correct letter in the box, the box will turn green. If you put the wrong letter in the box, it will turn yellow. If the box turns gray, it means you guessed wrong.
Why is it this difficult? Only five letters can be used to guess the last names of hockey players in Gordle. This means you can't just enter random words to get closer to the answer. That's bad because it means there's no good way to start here. Only you know how much you know about past and present hockey players. Just enjoy your new hobby while waiting for the next Wordle.
